You may sell custom creations using my designs on Etsy and other online venues, but you may not sell the original graphics in any form. What you sell must be made using my graphics for a finished product, and only then can you resell it still giving me credit and my website on any items listed.

You may use our products in the design of your blog or website, as long as the site does not sell products that compete with any of those sold at www.bearessentialsgraphics.com Full credit must be given to Julie Howard. Please make it clear on any websites/blogs, that you have designed the blog, with graphics created by Julie Howard of www.bearessentialsgraphics.com To simply write on your blog that you have designed the blog, could give the impression that you've also created the graphics, that is why it is important that proper credit be given. Our products may only be used if you create flattened blog/web pieces that you may sell to customers, however no individual pieces should be sold or shared.

Scrappers for hire-:

You may use our products to create flattened digital scrapbook pages (ie photos and layout combined and flattened) that you sell to customers, however you may not give or sell any other parts of the collection to your client as well. If they wish to have further collection parts, they will need to purchase the collection from us for themselves. Once again, if you use our products to design flattened layouts credit must be given to Julie Howard www.bearessentialsgraphics.com always.

Photographers-:

You may use our products to create flattened items (photo and product combined) that you sell to individual clients with no additional licence required as long as credit is given to Julie Howard of www.bearessentialsgraphics.com

Cards and birth announcements-:

You may use our products to create your own personal cards, invitations, birth announcements, however we do not allow our products to be used to create and sell cards, invitations or birth announcements, as we plan to offer these products from our website in the future.

You may not give a set or collection you have purchased to someone else. If they would like the graphics, they must purchase them themselves.  

Please choose your graphics carefully because we do not offer any refunds.  Please make sure you have adequate software to use these types of graphics on your computer. Please also note that no physical item will be delivered to you, these graphics will be by download only after purchase.

Backup of purchased files:

Please be certain to make backups of your purchased files, so that in the event of computer problems resulting in lost data, your scrapbook products will not be permanently deleted. We are not responsible for your data loss, so it is your responsibility to backup!
