You will be provided with a download link as soon as you have made your payment. Occasionally, depending on the browser you are using, some people either don't get the download link, or they quickly close the page & don't notice it. If you don't receive your graphics right after you have made your payment, please do not hesitate to contact us here. It's never a problem, just attach your receipt & we'll be able to send you the download link. 

Please make allowances for the fact we are an Australian based company & we're not awake 24 hours per day. We do check our e-mail first thing each morning and throughout the day, so we will get back to you as soon as possible. At the time of ordering, please be sure to supply an e-mail address other than a "Hotmail" address, as we have found them to not be a reliable way of contacting customers. 

You do not need a Paypal account to purchase graphics. If you have any questions or are unsure about anything, please feel free to contact us  here.
